At Sunrise Art Creations, we want you to love your artwork and feel confident ordering from our shop. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because each piece is professionally printed after purchase, we may not always be able to accept standard returns for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or change-of-mind requests. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always review concerns with care.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

Once we review the details, we’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Made-To-Order Items

Each order is professionally printed after purchase, so we are unable to accept every standard return request. This helps us reduce waste and keep each piece produced specifically for the customer who ordered it.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please still reach out. We’ll review the situation and let you know what options may be available.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
